Service Description

Welcome to our special class designed for dogs facing life's challenges, from noise sensitivity to social interactions with other dogs and people. This class is tailored specifically for pet parents whose dogs are struggling with everyday stressors and need guidance and support to navigate through them. In our sessions, we focus on building a strong foundation of basic obedience skills, including how to greet politely, meet visitors without overwhelming excitement, walk calmly on leash, and master commands like sit-stay, come with duration, distractions, and distance. These skills are crucial for creating a harmonious and well-behaved companion. But we don't stop there. We believe in keeping both your dog's mind and body fit, which is why we incorporate fun games that challenge their cognitive abilities and physical agility. From interactive puzzles to engaging activities that promote mental stimulation and physical exercise, we ensure your dog stays sharp and active. Additionally, we introduce a bit of tricks training and fitness routines because research shows that dogs who engage in a variety of activities, including basic obedience, tricks, and fitness exercises, perform better in real-life situations. Our goal is to help your dog achieve higher performance levels when out and about, making everyday adventures more enjoyable for both of you. At the core of our approach is the understanding that dog training goes beyond teaching commands; it's about meeting all your dog's needs holistically. We delve into uncovering what may be causing your dog's struggles, whether it's anxiety, fear, or other behavioral challenges, and work together to develop strategies to overcome these obstacles. Join us in this journey of understanding, learning, and growth as we focus on the whole dog—mind, body, and spirit. Together, we'll uncover the root causes of your dog's struggles and empower them to lead a happier, more confident life. In our group class, it's important that your dog can comfortably work in close proximity to other people and dogs. If your dog needs some individual attention to reach that level of comfort, we recommend starting with private lessons. This personalized approach ensures that your dog can transition smoothly into the group setting, setting them up for success in our class. For dogs who may not be ready for a group environment yet, our tricks and FitDog courses. These online options provide a jump start for dogs who need extra help.
